[ MILESTONE : Vidur’s Film Diary completed 6th year of its existence in May 2015. June 2015 marks the beginning of its journey in the 7th year. ]
As an ACTING TRAINER my success rate was 40% in the year 2013 – 2014 . It jumps to 55% in 2014 – 2015. This is unprecedented for any ACTING INSTITUTE or ACTING TRAINER. I am continuously writing Vidur’s Film Diary since 6 years. And to my utter surprise I am noticing that there were no lean months in these 6 years. It never happened that a month came and there were no student in any of the 5 fields of entertainment, which my diary covers. There were more than a dozen working students every month.

Ravindra Jain :

Last month it was music director Aadesh Shrivastava, and this month it is the turn of music director Ravindra Jain. He died on October 09, 2015 in Mumbai. He was 71 years old at the time of his death.
Ravindra Jain is one of the most notable of the Hindi music directors who started his career in the early 1970s, composing for hit films such as Saudagar (1973), Chor Machaye Shor (1974), Geet Gaata Chal (1975), Chitchor (1976), Dulhan Wahi Jo Piya Man Bhaaye (1977), Paheli(1977), Ankhiyon Ke Jharokhon Se (1978) and Nadiya ke paar (1982). Along with composing music, he also wrote the lyrics for many of his famous songs. Raj Kapoor gave him super hit films such as Ram Teri Ganga Maili (1985) and Henna (1991). He, in between, did B. R. Chopra’s Pati Patni Aur Woh (1978) and Insaf Ka Tarazu (1980) .
He gave music for Ramanand Sagar’s hit serial Ramayan also.
Manorama :

Veteran Tamil actor and comedienne Manorama died on October 10, 2015 in Chennai. She was 78 years old at the time of her death. She acted in more than 1,500 films, 5,000 stage performances and several TV shows. She entered in Guinness Book of World Records in 1985 for acting in more than 1000 films. She, along with various Tamil and Telugu films, also acted in a Hindi film “Kunwara Baap” with Mehmood.
She was awarded Padma Shri in 2002 for her contribution in the field of cinema.
Ajit Singh Deol :

Younger brother of Dharmendra, uncle of Sunny and Bobby Deol and father of Abhay Deol, Ajit Singh Deol died on October 23, 2015.
He produced films like ” Meharbaani ” [ 1982 ] , ” Barsaat [ 1985 ] and ” Khotte Sikkay ” [ 1974 ].
